Peas Paratha

Hi folks ,since I have already shared the peas stuffing it is time to share the peas paratha,In case you have missed my post on the stuffing click here Peas stuffing for parathas and kachoris,
                                                                                                                                                          


Ingredients
Peas stuffing
Chapati dough(wheat flour)
Oil for roasting  the parathas

This is our main ingredient for today



                 The atta dough                                   



Coat in wheat flour


Roll


Place a small ball of the stuffing 


Close the dough


Flatten with hand



Back to the wheat flour


Now roll to about 8 inch diameter



On to the hot griddle(tava)

Roast dry on both sides




Now apply oil and roast on both sides




Ready to be served with pickles ,salad or raita
