Eggs with onions

         Eggs are my families all time favourite,they are savoured in all forms,at any time of the day.They are my favourite too because they can be cooked very fast with very little preparation.Today I am sharing with you a very quick recipe of eggs.They taste delicious and they look great too.

Total time required(preparation and cooking)-20 minutes
Serves -4 people

  1. Eggs -5 boiled and shelled
  2. Onions -3(chopped finely)
  3. Cumin powder -1 teaspoon(heaped)
  4. Turmeric powder-1 teaspoon
  5. Chili powder -1 teaspoon(heaped)
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Oil -2 tablespoons

Curd aloo(potatoes in yogurt based gravy

Sattu ka paratha

          Coat the boiled eggs with salt and turmeric,and fry them in oil ,roll the eggs to make them evenly brown

In the same pan add the onions,fry for a minute

Now add the spices with the salt

Fry for another 2 to 3 minutes till the raw smell of onion goes away
Spread it out to cool
With a thread cut the eggs in two, taking care in keeping the yolk equal in both pieces

All ready

Carefully place spoon full of the onion mixture on the eggs

Ready to be served with steamed rice or paratha

Important tip_1-While cutting the eggs take care that the yolk is equally distributed.
2 .While frying the eggs take cake that the eggs don't burst,fry in medium heat.
