So baby potatoes are at last in season .With baby potatoes a host of recipes come flooding into my mind .this is recipe which can be very useful for people who do not use onion and garlic int heir gravies .It is a very quick recipe
with very few basic ingredients and fingerlickingly good in taste .It can be had with roti paratha fried rice or plain steamed rice

Ingredients :
- baby potatoes s-750 grams (boiled and peeled)
- curd-4tbsp (thick)
- kashmiri mirch powder -1 tsp
- chili powder -1 tsp
- turmeric powder -1 tsp
- coriander powder-2 tsp
- cumin powder- 1 tsp
- cumin seeds - 1 ts[p
- garam masala powder - 1tsp
- chopped coriander leaves
- bay leaves-2
- sugar - 1tsp
- salt-as per taste
- wheat flour

Mix salt and turmeric to the boiled potatoes |

deep fry the potatoes till they change colour |
|
take all the ingredients |
|
After frying the potatoes look like this |

In the same pan reduce the oil if necessary and add bay leaves and cumin |
|
Get the curd ready by mixing the wheat flour in the curd |
|
pour the curd once e the cumin splutters ,add he turmeric and salt |
|
Add the chili ,coriander and cumin powder |
|
Now in goes the kasshmiri chili |
|
Once the oil oozes out put in the fried potatoes |
|
Mix well,and roast on high flame for some time |
|
Till it looks like this |

pour water Add in slit green chillkies(optional) if youwanrt it hotter |
|
Let it simmer in slow flame for some timee |
